Early Morning Drop off /Late Afternoon Pick-up
Drop off after 7 am and pick up to 6 pm sharp.
$65.00 per week, AM & PM per child
$37.50 per week, AM OR PM per child

Important Notes
  • The Teen Travel Program for 7th, 8th, & 9th graders will have 2 trips per week.
  • Basic Camp Fees (not transportation, Pre/Post Camp Care or Teen Travel) are discounted 5% if paid in full by March 13th. A retroactive discount will not apply if changes are made after March 13th.
  • Early Bird Registration, with a 50% deposit, must be made by April 3rd. All Camp Fees must be paid in full by June 5th. A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed if payments are made after June 5th.
  • Changes made after the original application will be assessed $25.00.
  • Camp White Meadow (CWM) Medical Forms are due June 12th. For CWM Medical Forms received after June 12th a late fee of $10.00 per form will be assessed. CWM Medical Forms will be required prior to camper attending camp. All campers must use CWM Medical Forms. Please call your doctor now to schedule physcial exams so these deadlines can be met.
  • A Camper on special medication must have a CWM Medication Form completed. Our staff will not be permitted to administer medication without this completed form. Please contact the POA Office for a copy of this form.  It must be completed by a physician.
  • Request for transportation must be made by June 6th.
  • Parents wishing to attend off-site trips must sign up with the Camp Director / Assistant Director in advance. The parent must pay transportation, entrace fees and any additional expenses. Additional information and sign up sheets will be provided.
  • Campers should NOT be dropped off at camp prior to 9:15 am and MUST be picked up prior to 4:40 pm. A $10.00 fee will be assessed after 5:00 pm.
  • Camp White Meadow is NOT responsible for personal items lost by campers.
  • Teen Travel trips leaving prior to 8:30 am or returning after 4:30 pm the drop off / pick up site is the Clubhouse Parking Lot.
  • After Care: late charge will apply after 6 pm.
