Notes |
- Basic Camp Fees (not transportation, Pre/Post Camp
Care, or Teen Travel programs) are discounted 5%
if paid in full by February 9th, 2007. A retroactive
discount will not apply if changes are made after February
9th.
- Early Bird Registration with a 50%
deposit must be made by March 29th. ALL CAMP
FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY May 31st. A late
fee of $25.00 will be assessed if payments are made
after May 31st.
- Changes made after the original application will be
assessed $25.00. This does not include upgrades from
3 to 6, 6 to7 or 3 to 7 week periods.
- Medical Record Forms are due Saturday, June 14th.
for Medical Record Forms received after June 14th,
a Late Fee of $10.00 per form will be assessed. Medical
Record forms will be required prior to camper attending
Camp. Please call your doctor now to
schedule physical exams so these deadlines can be met.
- A camper on special medication must have a special
"Medication Form" completed. Our staff will not be permitted
to administer medication without this special form.
Please contact the P.O.A office for a copy of this form.
It must be completed by a physician.
- Requests for Bus Transportation must be made by June
14th.
- Parents wishing to attend off-site trips must sign
up with the Camp Director/Assistant Director in advance.
Transportation, entrance fees and any additional expenses
must be paid by the parent. Additional information and
sign up sheets will be provided.
- Campers should NOT be dropped off
at camp prior to 9:15 am and MUST be
picked up prior to 4:40 pm. A $10.00 fee will be assessed
after 5:00 pm.
- Camp White Meadow is NOT responsible for personal
items lost by campers.
- The 2-Day Teen Travel Program for 7th, 8th & 9th
graders will have 2 trips per week. The 2-Day Teen Travel
Program will be available for the entire 7 weeks,
1st or last 6-week sessions and 1st 4-week and last
3-week sessions. We need a minimum of 10 campers
signed up to hold this program.
- The 4-day Teen Travel Program will have 4 trips per
week for the first 6 weeks. Week 7 will have two(2)
scheduled trips. Teen Travel will be available for the
entire 7 weeks, 1st or last 6-week
sessions and 1st 4-week session and last 3 week sessions.
- All Teen Travel trips leaving prior to 8:30 am or
returning after 4:30pm, the drop-off/pick-up site is
the Clubhouse parking lot.
